Our Agency Manager Trainee Program is a structured, hands-on training track designed to develop the next generation of top-performing insurance agents and producers. This program provides a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced industry professionals while gaining the skills, licensing, and confidence needed to build successful career and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales, techniques, compliance, and client relationship management
- Shadow and work alongside an established agent to learn real-world sales and servicing techniques
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
- Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support
- meet performance milestones that lead to advancement and potential agency leadership opportunities
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ambition to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must have the required state insurance license or willingness to obtain (support provided)
- Prior sales, customer service, or business experience preferred
- Must be a resident in Iowa
