Multiple onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are needed to make a difference across settings serving Early Intervention and K-12 students. These roles are based in the dynamic region near Gettysburg and York, Pennsylvania, offering collaboration with diverse teams and the chance to truly impact young learners.

Multiple role options are available to suit different interests:

• Two SLPs are needed for the North Eastern School District, supporting a caseload of 50–55 students across regular and autistic support classrooms at two elementary schools.
• Another SLP is needed for an Early Intervention role, working with children ages 3–5, with built-in paperwork time and a year-round schedule featuring frequent school breaks.
• A third option for the 2026–2027 school year provides dedicated elementary school support in York County.

Requirements:

• Current PA Speech-Language Pathology Certification and teaching certificate
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly with EI and K–12 populations
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads, including regular and autistic support
• CFs considered (with agency-paid supervision fee)
• SLPAs not accepted for these in-person roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services and therapy
• Complete assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Engage in case management as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Maintain necessary records and documentation
