Job Overview Supervisor – A key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving an excellent customer experience, operational excellence, and profitability across merchandising, visual standards, and employee development. Responsibilities Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and model customer‑centric selling behaviors. Support the store team to achieve and exceed sales goals, monitoring progress on key performance indicators and individual targets. Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement goals. Supervise daily store operations including opening, closing, floor coverage, and task delegation. Manage stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor. Assist in training and onboarding new associates, providing ongoing feedback and support. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand guidelines. Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss‑prevention practices. Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events. Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Create a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning. Qualifications 1+years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Proven ability to drive results, exceed sales and profit goals, and build high‑performing diverse teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels. Solution‑oriented, flexible, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic retail environment. Experienced with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools. Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light‑to‑moderate weight. Compensation Hiring Range: $17.50 – $24.00USD per hour. Incentive Potential: Additional compensation awards may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
