Territory Manager - Indianapolis

Job Overview This position covers the state of Indiana. The Specialist for Urology and Critical Care will drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities, define and develop new business opportunities that reflect the company’s goals, and contribute to overall team success. Exhibit strong clinical excellence and stay current on product, programs, and competitive knowledge. Manage challenging situations quickly, directly, and creatively. Be comfortable in hospital, office, and clinical settings. Develop key relationships through frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, product in‑services, and procedural observations. Build and maintain constructive relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital management, and executive personnel. Participate in the Field Sales Training program and/or provide services as a Field Sales Trainer. Manage territory with integrity and in accordance with BD’s Code of Ethics and all applicable policies. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related area. 3–5 years of outside sales experience. Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license that meets BD’s auto safety standards. Preferred Medical technology or medical device experience.
