This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment to deliver results What You’ll Do:Define customer segments and size markets to decide where Formlabs should grow nextBuild the business case for how to win a segment, then own the execution and deliveryStructure analysis and build data-driven models that guide real decisionsPartner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignmentAbout You:3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10. Experience in industry research and customer segmentationExperience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push backAre able to structure analysis & build data-driven modelsHave a growth mindset. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$140,000—$200,000 USD
