Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Program Generalist Pay: $20 hour + Shift Differentials + Up to $1,200 Sign-On & Stay-On Bonus Location: Multiple Group Homes in State College, Bellefonte, or Howard, PA Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available No Experience Needed, All Training is Paid. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to gain experience supporting different individuals, teams, and service models. Growth Opportunities Professional Credentialing: Earn nationally recognized DSP credentials through NADSP and receive an additional $1/hour for each credential level earned, up to $3/hour. About The Role The Arc of Centre County is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Program Generalists/Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes throughout Centre County. Homes are located in State College, Bellefonte, or Howard, PA.
