Business Systems Analyst II - The Toro Company

Job Overview The Toro Company, a Minnesota‑based business since 1914, is hiring a Business Systems Analyst II for the Abilene office. The position manages all digital products for the Abilene office, including NSN Connect, NSN Portal, and APPs which support over 6,000 customers. The role also supports other business digital products such as Salesforce, SAP, and Five9. Responsibilities Analyze business processes, designs and apply system functionality to create the most efficient business processes. Conduct research and create documentation on new functionality, validate concepts and provide knowledge transfer to create a savvy user group and effective solutions. Apply best practices, plan and coordinate testing, conduct data and process analysis, and implement data avoidance, removal or archiving to maintain system and data integrity. Provide support to users through troubleshooting issues, proposing process enhancements, conducting data queries and updates, and providing training to maintain efficient business process flow. Translate business requirements into effective technical specifications by obtaining a thorough understanding of business and system processes. Apply knowledge to provide software or technology solutions. Work independently and complete assignments that are reviewed at milestones to ensure compliance with processes, standards, and policies of the organization. Participate in projects and may act as a technical or project lead in some aspects of a project. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field and more than four (4) years of related experience, or in lieu of a degree, eight (8) plus years of related experience. Experience with business systems (e.g., ERPs, CRMs) and business process improvement techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio. Ability to organize work, establish priorities, and follow through energetically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and leadership skills. Ability to work with technical and non‑technical users to successfully complete work assignments. Work Environment Office environment with occasional trips to the plant. Regular, continuous use of a personal computer. Typical work days of up to 9 hours, with rapidly changing workloads, priorities, and deadlines that may require an extended work schedule.
