Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is a 258‑bed facility located at 1 Commons Drive, Lake Katrine, NY 12449. We are looking for Full‑Time and Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). Benefits Up to $7,500 sign‑on bonus Competitive rates up to $38 per hour with various differentials $5,000 loan to help purchase a home, with a repayment work‑off option 401(k) with 50% employer match On‑site childcare for ages 18 months to 5 years Referral bonuses up to $2,500 Strong team environment that fosters professional growth Employee discount program Health, dental and vision insurance Tuition reimbursement Daily pay Responsibilities Admissions, discharges and transfers of residents Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Follow infection control, emergencies and other center policies Collaborate with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to appropriate personnel per center policy Work under direct supervision in accordance with the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, facility policies and procedures, and nursing judgment Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate the patient/resident response according to state‑specific regulations Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations according to state‑specific regulations Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements Maintain knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance and use (monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.) Maintain confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all patient/resident personnel information Qualifications LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State Current CPR certification required Preferred: two years of prior nursing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenbroeck Center for Rehabilitation and Healing
