In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the weekend. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and fostering positive relationships with our customers.Responsibilities:Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chatProviding accurate information about our products/services and assisting with product selectionProcessing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely mannerResolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionallyUpdating customer accounts and maintaining accurate recordsCollaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issuesAdhering to company policies and procedures at all timesQualifications:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional servicePrevious experience in customer service or related field preferredProficiency in Google Suite and CRM softwareHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter outlining their relevant experience and why they would be a valuable addition to our team.
