The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, deeply passionate about fashion and retail. This position will be significant in providing personalized client experience, while meeting and exceeding personal sales targets. As a homegrown brand rooted in community and craft, we're looking for a candidate who believe in these same values.

What we're looking for:

• Candidates with prior selling background preferred.
• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
• Service orientation and customer focused.
• Must be available on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. (10am-6pm)
• Team player and small business minded. (We do it all as a small team)
• Fit and sewing experience is a major PLUS

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships through providing the highest level of customer service, complying with company policies, procedures and directives.

What you'll get to do:

• Work directly with designer on design process to understand the design ethos and brand identity.
• Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
• Monitor all details of a in-store sales and online sales, including shipping, alterations (if applicable) and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction, while complying with all sales related policies and procedures.
• Provide highest level of customer service, building and maintaining clientele by utilizing clienteling tools and handling client complaints quickly and effectively.
• Assist in the maintenance of all inventory, including in the stockroom and on selling floor.
• Assist in areas of shipping and receiving protocol, policies and paperwork.
• Ensure Boutique maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Assist in visual merchandising and presentation.
• Keep the boutique tidy and clean.
