Finance Consultant - Audi Ft. Washington

Holman is a family‑owned global automotive services organization anchored by our core values and principles. Position Overview We are seeking an F&I Consultant for Audi Ft. Washington to oversee all aspects of financing and leasing for new and pre‑owned vehicle contacts. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of financing and leasing new and pre‑owned vehicle contracts. Work with Sales Management to coordinate financing activities and keep customers and client advisors informed of contract status. Maximize products sold on each vehicle transaction. Understand manufacturer programs and other finance sourcing options. Communicate all relevant finance program information to client advisors. Review contracts to ensure all paperwork is properly submitted to financial sources. Ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Report approval status of customer contracts to the respective client advisors. Work with finance sources to maximize customer approvals. Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect sales. Collaborate with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale and achieve departmental financial goals. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred. 2+ years of related sales experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 2+ years of dealership sales experience in various sales department functions. Experience with computer systems, finance programs, sales principles, concepts, and department operations.
