Product Marketing Manager

Own positioning and messaging for the Spade platform and its products Run product launches end to end, including messaging, proof, assets, channel planning, internal rollout, and measurement Build sales enablement materials including pitch decks, talk tracks, demo narratives, sales collateral, campaigns, and objection handling Own competitive and market intelligence based on live deals Build the in-house case for large accounts Own customer proof, including case studies, reference stories, proof library, and supporting research Conduct buyer research, win/loss analysis, segmentation, and packaging work Build the product marketing function from scratch as the second marketing hire Work directly with product, sales, founders, and executive leadership Engage directly with customers Requirements 6+ years in B2B marketing, with product marketing as the core craft, at Seed to Series C companies Hands-on experience building decks, writing pages, running campaigns, and performing segmentation Fintech or financial services experience; payments, banking, card, or transaction data experience ideal Experience building AI systems for competitive monitoring, buyer and call research, message testing, or enablement production Experience creating positioning and messaging for a technical product from a blank page Experience running enterprise, sales-led launches, including seller enablement and measurement Exceptional writing skills and a high quality bar Based in NYC and able to work from the Flatiron office at least 2 days per week Buyer interviews, recorded sales call analysis, win/loss research, and research-driven positioning experience preferred Experience selling into banks or large financial institutions preferred Experience with pricing and packaging preferred Experience directing contractors and agencies across design, content, video, and web preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for technical products.
