LPN - Long-Term Care

Schedule

8 hour nights; 11 PM - 7 AM, every other weekend required.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state
• 12 months of recent LPN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in the assessment of patient conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain patient records and documentation
