Leave Of Absence Coordinator

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is looking for a Leave Of Absence Coordinator to provide administrative support for employee leave and absence requests. This position will work with employees and supervisors, maintain case information, and help make sure requests are handled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee leave and absence cases in a database
• Communicate with employees by phone and email to gather information
• Help employees and supervisors submit leave requests
• Document case activity and maintain accurate records
• Respond to phone calls and emails regarding leave questions
• Handle confidential employee information
• Process invoices and employee reimbursements
• Organize incoming and outgoing department mail
• Provide general administrative support to the leave management team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare administration, psychology or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Medical terminology, HR or case management experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Columbus, OH
