On-Site Helpdesk Technician: IT Troubleshooter & Onboarding

Last Energy seeks a Helpdesk Technician to support the day-to-day IT needs of a fast-growing, DOE-regulated nuclear startup. You will act as the first point of contact for IT tickets and assist with onboarding and device lifecycle across Google Workspace and MDM platforms. With 1–2+ years of hands-on IT support, you will troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and contribute to building internal standards.
