A day in the Life: • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems • Perform routine preventative maintenance on facilities systems and production equipment • Operate, maintain, and improve the site's industrial wastewater treatment system Keys to Success: Collaboration, critical thinking, and a dedication to safety are essential. Successfully implement solutions and contribute dynamically to our engineering teams. REQUIREMENTS: Education • High school diploma or GED Required Experience • 1+ years in a mechanical role • Experience in a manufacturing plant environment • Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems • Excellent communication skills • Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings • Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial vehicle (PIV) certification • Ability to wear an air purifying respirator What We Offer: Competitive Pay Performance Related Bonus where eligible Annual merit performance-based increase Excellent Benefits Medical benefits Paid Time Off/Annual Leave Career Advancement Opportunities Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.00–$27.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
