Patient Enrollment Specialist

Motivated individuals will find a temporary, remote opportunity as a Patient Enrollment Specialist, where they will conduct outbound calls to enroll patients in a program, create exceptional enrollment experiences, and strengthen relationships through effective communication. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the enrollment process via a smartphone app Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and successfully convert those interactions into enrollments Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and enhance the overall enrollment experience Required qualifications Experience in customer support, conducting outbound calls, or converting sales leads is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and navigate challenges Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask and navigate various systems simultaneously Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently Emotional intelligence to effectively meet patient needs and simplify complex concepts
