Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in event coordination.
Responsibilities- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Support event logistics and day-to-day event operations.
- Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Help manage guest registration and attendee flow.
- Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.
- Gather attendee feedback and report observations to the team.
- Represent the company professionally during all event activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
