Position: Warehouse Team Member

Location: Harvard, IL Distribution Center Do it Best Group and True Value are ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Harvard IL Regional Distribution Center.

We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking Order Flllers, Shippers, Receivers, and High Reach Operators! You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles.

We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. As a Do it Best Group Team Member you can also expect:

• Starting Pay Rate of $18.50

• Various Start Times (2:00am / 7am / 8am / 12:00pm)

• Weekly Pay / Paid Time Off / Company Holidays

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs

• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs

• Assist in team lifts

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop

• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
