Schedule

Day shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with one weekend per month and weekdays off to balance out.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in an inpatient rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general medical/surgical populations. This role involves working collaboratively with a team of therapy professionals and assisting in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and implement treatment plans for inpatient rehabilitation patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and equipment in treatment sessions.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of current experience in an acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work varied day shift hours, including weekends.
