WebMethods Integration Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the utilities and energy sector, is seeking a WebMethods Integration Developer to join their team. As a WebMethods Integration Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various digital and data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: WebMethods Integration Developer Location: Sacramento, California (Remote work available) Pay Range: $80 What's the Job? Design and develop RESTful and SOAP web service APIs to connect enterprise systems such as GIS, ERP, asset management, project controls, and document management. Analyze existing platforms to identify optimal integration points and develop connectors or middleware for seamless interoperability. Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations supporting event-driven architectures and asynchronous updates. Ensure all solutions comply with cybersecurity policies, industry standards, and best practices, including data encryption and vulnerability assessments. Develop comprehensive testing plans, support automated testing, and document all work according to organizational standards for knowledge transfer. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing solutions on the webMethods integration platform. At least 2 years of experience working with the webMethods.IO SaaS platform. Proven experience developing SAP RFC integrations and custom services using Java. Familiarity with related technologies such as Integration Server, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, and webMethods Test Suite. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, and secure software development practices. What's in it for me?
