We're hiring an experienced Operating Room Technologist III (Tier 3) to join a busy surgical team in Overland Park, Kansas. This senior-level technologist role supports multiple specialties including robotics, orthopedics, neuro/spine, vascular, and burn.

As a Tier 3 technologist, you will be a go-to expert for complex and high-risk cases working side-by-side with top surgeons and mentoring newer team members. Prepare operating rooms, instrumentation, and supplies for complex surgical procedures.

Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure seamless intraoperative coordination.

Maintain aseptic technique and ensure all equipment functions safely and effectively.

Take the lead on advanced procedures in robotics, vascular, or hybrid room environments.

Mentor junior surgical technologists and share best practices.

Support multidisciplinary teamwork among surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff.

Participate in on-call rotations and respond within 30 minutes when called.

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) NBSTSA or Tech in Surgery (TS-C) NCCT

Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience in a high-acuity hospital setting

BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
