Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production team member to join their dedicated workforce. As a Production, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the assembly line and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production

Location: Endicott, NY

Pay Range: $17hr - $19hr

Shift: 6am-2:30pm / 8am-4:30pm, no weekends

What's the Job?

• Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality and adherence to standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Assembly/Warehouse experience 
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
