Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated team member to support the distribution services in the United States, operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. This position is critical in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service. Shift Details 5:30am to close, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Overtime is mandatory to support real‑time delivery. Pay & Benefits Hourly rate of $19 per hour (includes shift differential if applicable) with a $2,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities Receive, pick and stage customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory organization, management and control. Verify merchandise received against shipment records, inspect and report discrepancies or defects. Stock shelves, ensuring materials are in designated areas. Assemble customer orders from stock by pulling items from shelves and placing them in totes for packing and shipping. Identify quantities and customer specifications. Enter orders, returns and related data into the computer system. Inspect returned items and put merchandise back on the proper shelf. Accurately complete daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Assist with inventory procedures as requested. Perform controlled substance picking, stocking, replenishment and order fulfillment in a cage/vault or refrigerated environment. Mandatorily use forklifts, reach trucks and/or other motorized equipment to move inventory. Assist in training new associates as needed. Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Forklift experience. Ability to work in a climate‑controlled facility. Strong reading and comprehension skills in English. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting distribution standards. Motivated, hard‑working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important. Ability to work the shift hours listed above and overtime (overtime is mandatory). Capability to perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently. Nice to have: warehouse or distribution experience (1 year or less). Nice to have: experience with RF scanning equipment. Physical Requirements Lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly; product weight and size vary. Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
