What You'll Do Provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers Perform window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior services Install and remove holiday lighting Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments Safely operate ladders, equipment, and professional cleaning tools Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and work areas Follow safety procedures and quality standards Represent Sparkle Squad with professionalism and pride What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable with a strong work ethic Enjoy working outdoors and staying active Comfortable working on ladders and performing hands-on work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Friendly, professional communication skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Previous experience in exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, maintenance, moving, delivery, or customer service is a plus—but not required Why You'll Love Working at Sparkle Squad At Sparkle Squad, we know that exceptional service starts with exceptional people.
