About the Role As an Events Assistant (Sales Team), you’ll represent leading brands at promotional events and retail campaigns, engaging customers face-to-face, promoting products and services, and guiding customers through the sales or sign-up process. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll gain practical experience in sales, customer service, event marketing, relationship building, and brand representation. Responsibilities Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner Promote products and services while explaining key features and benefits Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences Support customers through purchases or registrations Achieve individual and team sales goals Represent brands professionally at events and promotional campaigns Work collaboratively in a supportive, high-energy team environment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face Teamwork and relationship-building abilities Customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or sales experience is beneficial but not required We welcome applicants with transferable skills gained through university, internships, volunteering, sports, clubs, or part-time work.
