Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in resolving product or service issues and provide appropriate solutions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. Provide product information and promote available services or promotions. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to remain patient and professional in stressful situations. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed. Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
