Title: IT Strategic Sourcing Manager – Technology Procurement & Contracts
Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite)
** Must be authorized to work in the United States**
The primary focus is enterprise technology sourcing and contract negotiations, particularly software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, IT hardware, telecommunications, and technology services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or contract negotiations.
Strong experience negotiating enterprise IT contracts is essential.
Hands-on experience negotiating software licensing, SaaS agreements, cloud services, hardware, or other technology contracts.
Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-dollar agreements and delivering measurable cost savings.
Experience managing RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and competitive sourcing initiatives.
Strong understanding of software licensing models, contract terms, and IT procurement strategies.
Experience working with senior IT leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
