Client Service Representative

Client Overview:

Our client, a private financial firm, is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a small, collaborative office working with sensitive client information.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Client Service Representative will respond to client requests via phone and email. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative:

• Answer phone and email inquiries from clients.
• Provide administrative support to the office.
• Update and maintain client information within the CRM system.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Service Representative:

• 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience is required.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive client documentation with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Service Representative:

• Knowledge of insurance or annuity products.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
