Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Akron, OH seeks a Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supporting patients and families with end-of-life care decisions aligned to their values. You will travel between patient visits, conduct thorough assessments, and contribute to care planning with compassion and clinical excellence.

The role requires 1+ years of acute care NP experience, an MSN as a Family NP, and active NP license in the state.
