Packaging/Labeling Technician I

[About the Role]
Join our dynamic team in Rockford, IL as a Packaging/Labeling Technician I and play a vital role in the manufacturing of high-quality antibody and immunoassay products. This is a contract position on the 2nd/Swing shift (8am-4:30pm Mon & Fri; 12pm-8:30pm Tues-Thurs), ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to launch or advance a career in regulated manufacturing and laboratory operations.

[Responsibilities]

- Accurately receive, document, and inventory incoming materials using digital inventory management systems.
- Package, label, verify, and stock finished products while adhering to SOPs, quality standards, and Good Documentation Practices.
- Support continuous improvement by following Lean, 5S, and Practical Process Improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, consistently using required PPE.
- Perform repetitive hand movements and lift packages up to 25 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
