We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic warehouse operations team.

Position Overview

The Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative serves as the critical liaison between our enterprise clients, vendor networks, and internal warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end order processing, inventory control plans, major retailer routing, container tracking, and customer communications to ensure timely and accurate execution of all logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management & Communication:
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipment status, inventory availability, receiving schedules, and special requests.
  • Proactively communicate potential delivery delays, operational bottlenecks, or inventory discrepancies to clients and management.
• Order Management & Vendor Routing:
• • Accurately enter and process inbound/outbound orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Coordinate purchase order (PO) routing and scheduling for major retail account compliance and delivery windows.
  • Reconcile received POs against open orders to ensure vendor records and inventory counts remain up to date.
• Warehouse & Logistics Coordination:
• • Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and warehouse floor staff to plan workflows, streamline picking/packing tasks, and prioritize shipments.
  • Track arriving containers, open purchase orders, freight routing, and outgoing carrier schedules.
• Billing & Dispute Resolution:
• • Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, order adjustments, and invoicing credits in a timely, professional manner.
• Reporting & Administrative Support:
• • Generate routine inventory/shipping reports and execute custom project data requests for clients.
  • Maintain precise digital records in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:
• • Verifiable logistics, distribution, or warehouse customer service experience (Required).
  • Verifiable hands-on experience with routing for major retailers (Preferred).
  • Verifiable hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (Preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong general computer skills.
• Competencies:
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with both corporate clients and warehouse personnel.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Language & Education:
• • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is strongly preferred.
