With our tech-infused minigolf, upscale food and beverage, and overall dynamic atmosphere, there's something for everyone to love when they enter our venues.Position Summary: Reporting into Director of Operations, the Hospitality Manager will help oversee a multi-faceted high-volume full-service restaurant/venue with a game component. Hospitality Managers are responsible for executing exceptional operations during shift execution, from the food we serve to the Guest service we provide in our venue. Manage hourly team members and provide them with leadership and development, while partnering closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations to achieve venue goals and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee 1-2 areas of the venue operations including service, bar, reception, game & tech and/or bar.Uphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards to adhere to compliance and business objectives; inspires others to the do the same.Effectively operate computer systems including a POS System, Online Team Member Scheduler.Manages controllable expenses for their area of responsibilityEnsure all side work is appropriately assigned and completedEnsure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operationsTeam Development and Management:Participate in hiring, training, and developing hourly associatesCreate, maintain and update associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts.Conducts/leads pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and provide continuous coaching and direction to hourly staffDrive accountability and consistency by providing constructive coaching and feedback.Guest Experience:Manages Guest Service issues professionally and with a guest centric mindsetChampion the Puttshack brand by ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experienceCompliance and Safety:Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safetyEnsure proper safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment for guests and associates.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant; experience within a high-volume food & beverage, hospitality, and/or social entertainment venueResults driven; ability to lead/coach team to achieve business objectives/goalsStrong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teamsDemonstrates financial acumen, strong understanding of restaurant operationsTech savvy and willingness to learn new systems and tools.Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysThis position must pass a post-offer background checkPreferred Skills and Experience:Preferred certifications including ServSafe and state/local licensing requirementsHospitality Degree preferredBenefits: We have a guest service mindset and treat our associates the same way, offering our full-time, eligible associates:Health/dental/vision coverage options401(k) matchingCompany paid Life and AD&D InsuranceVoluntary short term and long term Disability InsuranceGenerous PTO, including paid parental leaveAssociate discounts (FREE mini golf!)Pet InsuranceFlex Spending Accounts…and more!Puttshack USA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
