Schedule: Full-time; Saturday & Sunday required weekly

Your place in our story

To be very service oriented and strive to make customers, purchasers and current homeowners/residents feel welcome. To engage with customers and establish rapport through effective discovery. To present in a professional manner the features and benefits of your location, community, the builder and properly secure sales agreements from qualified customers. Handle customers from initial contract to closing and beyond, while maintaining Minto's highest standard of customer excellence. To exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Here's how you'll contribute

• Hold and maintain a valid South Carolina Real Estate Sales Associate License
• Build strong rapport and uncover client needs through effective discovery
• Showcase community, homes, and builder advantages, leading to successful contracts
• Deliver seamless end-to-end service: from contract execution to closing and beyond
• Communicate proactively via email, phone, and in-person follow-ups, documented in CRM
• Host model home tours and conduct engaging realtor visits/events
• Maintain knowledge of construction process, HOA documents, incentives, and competitive market analysis
• Guide clients through contract paperwork, addenda, and option selections in clear, simple language
• Monitor mortgage progress, design appointments, and provide timely updates/photos
• Collaborate with team to achieve overall sales targets
• Participate in training, community events, and sales meetings as needed

• South Carolina Real Estate License required
• 3-5 years of sales experience in new home construction preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment that welcomes 200+ visitors monthly
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Knowledge of the sales cycle, construction processes, and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and opportunities
• Availability of working full-time including both Saturday and Sunday each week
