Day in the Life As a Sales Associate and Repair Technician, you diagnose, repair, and resolve issues with batteries, light bulbs, and cell phones, ensuring customers feel valued and supporting the sales team with customer service, order management, and store merchandising. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair damaged batteries, light bulbs, and electronic devices. Provide customer service and sales recommendations. Manage orders, merchandising, and store organization. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets. Qualifications 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Strong desire/ability to be an effective problem solver Good listening and verbal communication skills Ability to work in an orderly and organized fashion Proficiency with simple math, percentages, ratios, and gauge reading Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts Computer proficiency Customer service and repair experience preferred Training No experience? We provide training in all areas of our business to help you become successful in the role. Work Schedule Our Sales Associate and Repair Technicians need to be available to work the following shifts: Opening Shifts Mid‑day Shifts Closing Shifts Weekend Shifts The typical schedule includes varied shifts across five working days with two days off each week. A weekend off is possible by swapping shifts or using vacation time. Flexibility is valued on both sides. Interested?
