Daily Responsibilities:

Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as performing property cleanups, planting, weeding, edging, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
Conduct tree care duties, including pruning, tree trimming, and removal as needed.
Extend downspouts and bury drainage systems.
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment daily.
Engage in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs.

Required Skills:

Experience in landscape installation
Knowledge of irrigation systems
Ability to perform quality control inspections
Proficiency with hand tools
Basic carpentry skills
Laying Sod
Transplanting

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with concrete work
Knowledge of horticulture and gardening
Ability to operate snow removal equipment

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $36,000.00

Maximum Salary: $48,000.00

Benefits: 401(k) and Paid Time Off
