Assistant Property Manager – Lowry Apartments The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks an Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager with day‑to‑day management of CCH‑managed property. The position is located at Lowry Apartments in the Denver Metro area and reports to the Property Manager. Essential Job Functions Ensures accurate and timely entry to property management software including posting rent, processing applications and certifications, and entering purchase orders. Completes all certifications accurately and timely; maintains physical and electronic files to a high standard per RPMC policy. Adheres to Fair Housing, landlord laws, HOME, Section 42 Tax Credit, and HUD Section 8 Program compliance. Assists with supervision of site personnel, interviewing, hiring, training and enforcing company policies. Maintains office and common‑area supplies. Prepares accurate and timely reports. Conducts and tracks health and safety quality‑control inspections. Monitors and documents security events, maintenance issues, and problematic behavior. Attends and participates in scheduled meetings. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Provides high level of customer service and maintains positive resident relations. Distributes notices to residents as required. Fosters an inclusive, respectful work environment and promotes teamwork. Works collaboratively with supportive services and other CCH departments. Assists at other properties as required. Assumes duties of the Property Manager when vacant, absent, or on vacation. Completes all assigned training on time. Performs tasks assigned by the Property Manager and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Summary Two years’ experience in affordable housing preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a real‑estate related field strongly preferred. Knowledge of Section 42 Tax Credit, Section 8 Programs, and Equal Housing Opportunity laws preferred. Valid driver’s license. Additional Requirement Valid driver’s license required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on overall candidate experience and current needs of the business and/or role. Compensation $22.89 – $28.61 per hour, depending on relevant years of experience.
