Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Fabricators / Welders for projects located in or around Enumclaw, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $33-$38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Fabricate and weld light-gauge metal angle and tube
Perform flux-core welding on steel materials
Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum
Perform carbon arc gouging on steel
Read and interpret weld symbols & blueprints
Fit and assemble materials according to specifications
Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

Must have previous experience as a Fabricator or Shop Welder
Must be proficient in flux-core welding
Must be proficient in aluminum MIG and TIG welding
Must have experience with carbon arc gouging
Must be able to read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints
Must possess strong fit-up and fabrication skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
