A rapidly growing 100 person high-tech company in Charlotte is currently hiring for a mid-level SQL DBA! Responsibilities Follow and uphold all Enterprise Query Standards Collaborate with application support specialists and developers to implement data changes in line with established change‑management processes Partner with the application support team to support quarterly release cycles Analyze, refine, and optimize queries flagged as potentially harmful to production, focusing on scalability, availability, and performance improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline At least 2 years of hands‑on experience administering MS SQL Server Strong analytical judgment and problem‑solving skills for addressing significant technical issues Deep understanding and consistent application of Enterprise Query Standards Advanced proficiency with T‑SQL and PowerShell Experience reviewing SQL queries using execution plans, DMVs, Profiler, or Extended Events Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools is beneficial Base salary 90-110K 10% Bonus 401K with company match Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance benefits on the 1st day of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Object Oriented Search
