Sawtooth Wood Products is hiring a skilled Carpenter Craftsman to join our team in the Wood River Valley. We specialize in high-quality fence construction, log home repair, custom decks, railings, gates, and exterior carpentry projects for residential mountain properties.

This is hands-on craftsmanship work for someone who takes pride in building quality projects that last. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

$25 - $36 hourly

• Build and repair decks, railings, fences, gates, and exterior wood structures
• Perform log home repair and restoration work
• Read tape measures and follow project plans accurately
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work efficiently with crew members and project leads
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
• Complete projects to Sawtooth Wood Products quality standards

• Carpentry or construction experience required
• Experience with decks, railings, fencing, or log work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all seasons
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to show up on time and work as part of a team
