This individual will be responsible for owning company-wide planning and building financial reporting infrastructure. The Director will act as a strategic partner to Leadership delivering insights that shape decision-making across the business./ppResponsibilities/pulliDrive annual and quarterly planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across all departments/liliDevelop framework for conducting a comprehensive understanding of financial performance against budgets and ongoing forecasts/liliMaintain dynamic operating models, forecasts and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning/liliExecute monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for executive leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders/liliStrengthen financial reporting infrastructure and collaborate cross-functionally to improve tools, systems, and data integrity/li/ulpQualifications/pulliStrategic FPA leader with experience owning company-wide planning and reporting cadences/lili8-10 years of work experience across a high-growth SaaS environment/liliProven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting and financial analysis/liliDemonstrated experience in leading small, agile teams while balancing IC responsibilities./liliStrong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and reporting/liliProficiency in financial systems / language/liliTrack record of involvement in capital raises, direct investments, or MA/liliInvestment Banking or Private Equity experience is a plus/liliInternational experience is a plus/li/ulpCompensation/ppThe base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus paid quarterly, with a target of $25,000 - $50,000 annually. This brings the total expected cash compensation range to $195,000 - $240,000./ppCompensation is subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates skill level, experience, and specific work location.
