Regional HR Director, United States — Multi-Site Leader

A leading packaging company is seeking an experienced HR Regional Director to lead human resources operations across the US, particularly in Portage, Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business needs, managing labor relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
