We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who understand production, respect others, and take ownership of their work.

What You'll Do

Operate excavators, dozers (including finish work), loaders, skid steers, motor graders, and compaction equipment
Perform rough and finish grading, trenching, excavation, and material movement
Read and understand plans, grade stakes, and site layout
Operate GPS/3D grade control systems (Trimble, Topcon, or similar preferred)
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Maintain production goals without compromising safety or quality
Communicate clearly with foremen and crew members
Keep equipment clean and job sites organized

What We're Looking For

2-3+ years of experience in commercial earthwork or civil construction
Strong understanding of grade and site layout
GPS grade control experience a plus
OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Willingness to work overtime as projects demand
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Physical & Work Environment Expectations

Operate equipment for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Work outdoors in variable weather conditions
Navigate active construction sites and uneven terrain
Work up to 10 hour shifts when required
Wear required PPE at all times
