ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice that aligns with their goals.
Policy Development: Craft and present insurance policies tailored to meet individual client needs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities through networking and various outreach strategies.
Cross-selling: Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering additional products suited to their needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.
RequirementsExperience: 1-2 years in insurance sales or a similar field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a positive customer experience.
Problem-Solver: Able to address customer queries with efficiency and provide tailored solutions .
