Our ideal candidate must be in EST time zone, preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Fort Wayne, IN.ResponsibilitiesAssisting clients via telephone, diagnosing problems using tools, fixing or replacing partsServicing various types of packaging equipment, and promoting company services.Maintain up to date product knowledge and industry trendsImplement and maintain company directives and policiesInstalling, maintaining, and repairing equipment.Troubleshooting and identifying issues.Providing technical support and guidance to customers.Documenting services performed and customer interactions.Traveling to customer locations.Adaptability and safety awareness.Specific duties can vary based on the industry and equipment.QualificationsPrior experience working in Industrial Packaging preferredProven understanding of technical softwarePrior experience in MROOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh regard for quality assurance and customer serviceStrong interpersonal and time-management skillsAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
