Position Highlights:

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $40,000 (based on experience and contract terms)
• Daily Minimum Guarantee: $900 per day

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality general and comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, prosthodontic, and minor surgical treatments
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with applicable regulations
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences and optimal outcomes
• Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and maintain continuing education requirements

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active [State] dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to patient care, professionalism, and ethical practice
• Open to new graduates and experienced dentists — mentorship available
