Job Description:

WI RN License required. BLS and ACLS certifications required. 2+ years experience required, firm on this. Stepdown/Intermediate/PCU experience required. ICU experience preferred. Trauma Level II preferred. Ventilator/Trach experience required. At least 1 prior travel experience required. Charting Experience: EPIC preferred.

Unit Description: Med Surg Intermediate Care unit. Heavy Tele. Stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury and Stroke. Primary Patients/Insulin Drips Patient Ratio: 4:1.
