Job Description

NetZero Logistics LLC is looking for someone to work in a mail room. This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5PM. This is an in office position.

Responsibilities

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong people skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
• Self starter who can work independently on several tasks simultaneously
• Strong computer skills
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Punctual and reliable
• Restocking of all kitchen supplies
• Putting out fresh fruit at 8am, 9am, and 10am
• Putting out afternoon snacks at 2pm, 3pm
• Receiving all incoming mail USPS mail, DHL, FEDEX packages from messenger center located in the buildings loading dock, mass mailings
• All incoming mail to be scanned into mail system
• Assisting with setting up for events (soda, water, tables, cooler, etc.)
• Assisting Executive Suite with in house and/or outside tasks
• Distributing of office gifts
• Laying out lobby mats
• Assist with service providers, e.g. Iron Mountain, Shredding, Fresh Direct, etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience, required.
• Exceptional computer skills - MS Word, Excel, GMail
• No remote work
