HHA/PCA– Fulton County, NYYour Compassion Can Make a Difference

At Home Care Partners is a Licensed Home Care Agency dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in their homes.

We are actively seeking HHAs/PCAs throughout Fulton County, NY to join our growing caregiving team.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate: $18.00–$22.00/hr

Your Role

As a HHA/PCA, you will support clients with their everyday needs while helping them maintain comfort and independence at home.

Responsibilities include:

Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assisting with meals and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and daily support
Giving medication reminders
Reporting changes to the care team
Helping maintain a safe home environment
