Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Chicago Heights, IL

Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and certification (CCC-SLP or equivalent) Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings Familiarity with teletherapy practices or willingness to adapt to virtual services if needed Recent graduates with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply Solid understanding of the IEP process, including evaluations, goal-setting, and collaboration with educational teams Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness and ability to travel between two nearby sites during the workday Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy services to students in pre-K through 8th grade Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments Develop and document clear, measurable goals tailored to each student’s needs Participate in all IEP meetings for assigned students, collaborating with staff and families Maintain accurate records and progress reports Use evidence-based practices to support student outcomes Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40.
